Helping homeowners see it before they buy it
I conceived and launched an AI-powered visualization and dimension-extraction experience for a purchase that is expensive, visual, and hard to imagine online.
Product leader. Generalist by practice.
I lead products for high-consideration decisions. Then I step into growth, data, operations, marketing, and AI to make the whole experience work.
Good work rarely stays in one lane. I connect the people, decisions, and details that keep important projects moving.

The case for range
AI makes it easier to make things.
It does not tell us what is worth making.
As the tools get faster, teams need people who can step back, see the whole problem, and bring the right parts of the business together.
That is the kind of generalist I aim to be: grounded in product, comfortable across functions, quick to learn, and willing to do the work, not just point at it.
Strategy · Choose what mattersI connect customer need, business economics, and a credible path to win. Then I make the tradeoffs explicit.
Work at CountertopSmart
CountertopSmart
As Head of Product, I owned strategy, discovery, analytics, and execution for a two-sided marketplace. The work connected homeowners, suppliers, installers, engineers, and commercial goals, and helped double annual revenue.
I conceived and launched an AI-powered visualization and dimension-extraction experience for a purchase that is expensive, visual, and hard to imagine online.
The AI quote experience needed the right customers, the right message, and a smooth path from ad click to completed quote, not just a strong product release.
Countertop choice is highly personal, and every local market has thousands of possible colors and styles. We found that showing more relevant options led to more quotes and more purchases.

Ways to work together
Three ways I can help a growing company make better products and move faster.
For founders who need experienced product leadership without hiring a full-time Head of Product yet.
The roadmap is crowded, customer needs are unclear, or the team needs stronger priorities and follow-through.
Ongoing, part-time leadershipFor teams with a valuable customer problem and a real reason to use AI.
The technology is promising, but the customer experience and business case are still fuzzy.
Focused product buildFor marketplaces where customer experience, supply, operations, and conversion have to improve together.
Fixing one part of the funnel will not work unless the rest of the system moves with it.
Growth and operations sprintOperating principles
I enjoy the learning curve, but the point is always to turn what I learn into better work.
I like setting direction, and I am just as comfortable doing the work needed to move it forward.
The best project does more than ship. It makes the next project easier for everyone.
Let’s solve something useful
